Allowances are hard caps, so there's never a surprise bill. Prices in USD, plus GST where it applies. Plans renew monthly until you cancel, with no fee to cancel, and run to the end of the period you've paid for. If it doesn't save you time in the first week, the first month is refunded.

Answers.

  • What happens when I hit the limit?Uploads stop and say so. Buy a pack or move up a plan. Nothing already in the workspace is touched, and there's no overage charge.
  • Can I try it first?Yes. Three of your own documents free, no card. The built-in demos are free and never count.
  • What counts as a document?One PDF read and matched. Re-reading the same file after a correction doesn't count again, since it's the same document.
  • Do you charge per user?No. Invite as many people as you like from Settings. The owner decides what each can do: confirm documents, manage settings and connections, manage billing, any mix, or none.
  • Who can read my documents?Only your workspace. The PDF is sent to Anthropic's API to be read, and nowhere else. See the privacy page.
  • Can I use my own API key?Yes. Add an Anthropic key in Settings and reading runs on your key and quota. Leave it blank and it runs on ours, within your plan's allowance.
  • What happens to my data if I leave?Export everything as JSON from Settings at any time, even while cancelling. Ask and it's deleted; otherwise it's removed 90 days after the account closes.
  • Is there a contract?Month to month. Cancel in Settings and it stops at the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Who handles my card?Stripe. You enter card details on Stripe's own pages, never on Linekeeper. We keep a customer reference and a subscription status, nothing else.
  • What happens if I cancel?New documents stop at the end of the paid period. Everything already in the workspace stays readable and exportable.
  • Does it work with my ERP?Cin7 Core, Katana and Unleashed connect from Settings and pull your purchase orders in. For anything else there's a JSON payload and a webhook that fires on confirm. See the payload.
